📦 Pick-Up & Orders

When you order online or via DM, please contact us on Instagram or WhatsApp (+1 672-965-1876) to arrange your pick-up time. Since we work from a shared kitchen, we’re not always on-site, coordinating helps us make sure your order is ready when you arrive.

Some of our items are available for same-day pick-up, while most are ready by the next day. You’ll be able to choose a pick-up date during checkout, and we’ll prepare everything fresh for that day.

Pick-up days:
📍 Tuesday to Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM

You are welcome to order in advance, even 4 weeks in advance.

🧾 Bring your order number for a smooth pickup.

🕒 Unclaimed orders will be held for 5 days after your selected date.

🍫 Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our handmade chocolates, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or there's an issue, please reach out within 48 hours and we'll do our best to make it right.
